The Reflection Garden, located at the Johnson Memorial Hospital Surgery Center, 1125S Building, features a lovely sitting area and provides the community an oportunity to purchase an engraved brick to capture and display memories for a lifetime.
The Johnson Memorial Hospital Foundation invites you to leave a lasting legacy with each personalized brick you purchase. Bricks may be purchased from the Foundation for $100 (4 x 8) and $250 (8 x 8). Other naming opportunities are available in the beautiful Reflection Garden, including benches, movable art and fountains.
The 4 x 8 brick may contain up to three lines of text etched on your brick (limit 18 characters per line, one character per box, including spaces and punctuation). The 8 x 8 brick may contain up to six lines of text or a logo with two lines of text etched on your brick (limit 18 characters per line, one character per box, including spaces and punctuation).
When you order your brick, you will receive an acknowledgement letter that includes a verification of the engraved text.
If something is spelled or listed incorrectly, please contact the Foundation office at 317-736-2657 and make corrections within two weeks of receipt. Additionally, we will be happy to notify the person of your choosing that a brick was purchased in their honor or in honor of their loved one.
