JOHNSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL GUILD HIGH SCHOOL HEALTH-RELATED SCHOLARSHIP
To financially assist high school seniors or high school graduates within the last two years who plan to continue their education in a health-related field. It is the Guild's desire the recipient will seek employment at Johnson Memorial Hospital at the completion of his/her program. One-time award.

JOHNSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL GUILD CONTINUING EDUCATION HEALTH-RELATED SCHOLARSHIP
To financially assist Johnson Memorial Hospital employees or volunteers to continue their education in a health-related field at a recognized and accredited college of university in Indiana. It is the Guild's desire the recipient will remain/return to work at Johnson Memorial Hospital at the completion of his/her program. One time award.

FREDA P. & MILLARD R. MONTGOMERY REGISTERED NURSING SCHOLARSHIP
Freda P. and Millard R. Montgomery, long time residents of Johnson County, believed that Johnson County had been good to them and they decided to give something back. Because of their interest in nursing, they have established a program to provide Registered Nursing scholarships through the Johnson Memorial Hospital Foundation. Award is $1,000 per semester for duration of nursing school not to exceed 4 years.

KATIE ROBARDS MEMORIAL EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP
To financially assist Johnson County residents pursuing careers in a health-related field at any recognized and accredited college or university in Indiana. This memorial scholarship is given on behalf of Katie Robards, a caring nurse for more than 40 years at Johnson Memorial Hospital. $1,000 per year. Must reapply annually.

JOHNSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AWARD
To financially assist  Johnson Memorial Hospital employees in continuing their education in a health-related field, with the expectation the recipient will remain at Johnson Memorial Hospital and make a positive impact on the department, the employee and Johnson Memorial Health. Funds are awarded based on the number of requests and availability of funds.
